CELEBRATION PART I: Portrait Session Fee includes:

• Pre-session consultation to discuss your vision and plan your portrait experience.
• Up to 1.5hrs of unlimited poses at the location of your choice.
• Wardrobe changes within session time.
• Post processing and custom enhancement of 20-30 images for viewing, selecting and ordering
• Reveal & Premiere Ordering Session to select & order images. $750 Minimum requirement must be met at time of image reveal.
• Sneak Peek of 2-3 low-resolution files prior to ordering session.
• Locations within 50 miles of 75104 Zip Code are included. Travel fee of $0.56/mile if exceeds.
MINI-SESSION CELEBRATION: Portrait Session Fee includes:

• Pre-session consultation to discuss your vision and plan your portrait experience.
• Predetermined condensed time of unlimited poses at one location of your choice with one outfit.
• Post processing and custom enhancement of 20-30 images for viewing, selecting and ordering
• Sneak Peek of 2-3 low-resolution files within 48hrs.
• Pre-determined number of selected images.
• Online gallery to view, select & download your final high-resolution images.
• Photo print release for personal use.
• Locations within 50 miles of 75104 Zip Code are included. Travel fee of $0.56/mile if exceeds.

*Please note: Our primary mode of shooting is natural light ie. outdoors. Therefore, preferred times to shoot are surrounding 1-2 hours before sunset or early morning after sunrise to avoid harsh sun.

CELEBRATION PART II: Reveal & Premiere Ordering Session

• Within 48 hours after your session, a sneak peek may be provided. *Feel free to share or tag yourself/others if on social media, however, please do not filter, crop, or alter in ANY way.

• The remainder of your proofs will be available for viewing within two - three weeks of photo session. Sometimes your wait is less, however, please allow this full time to perfect your images to our best ability.

• All standard portrait sessions require an image Reveal & Premiere Order Session appointment. This usually occurs within two - three weeks of photo session. At this time, a minimum requirement of $750 must be met. *THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO MINI-SESSION*

• Once your Order Session appointment is confirmed, please give at least 24 hours notice if you cannot attend appointment. An order session appointment cancellation or no show without proper notice -OR- a reschedule due to non-payment of minimum requirement will incur a $50 fee.

*THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO MINI-SESSIONS ONLY:
• Once your proof gallery is received please read directions in entirety in order for your images to be delivered as requested and in a timely manner.

• Until final images are selected, this is a proof gallery, therefore these are for viewing ONLY and not sharing, downloading, printing, altering, cropping, posting, screenshots, etc. Downloads are only applicable to favorites sent directly to client once selected.

I understand that at the completion and signing of this agreement, my full session fee is required as retainer in order to reserve date on Zest & Zeal Photography calendar. This fee is non-refundable and can only be transferred to another date up to one time, within 90 days of original session date. I understand that all products and print orders are in addition to the chosen 'Session Fee'. The minimum requirement of $750 will be due on the day of the scheduled Reveal and Premiere Order Session. Images will not be processed or delivered until the balance is paid in full. MINI-SESSION ONLY (Prior Approval Required): I understand all details of mini-session and that full payment must be made in advance to reserve time/date slot. Because mini-session include digital images, I am not further obligated to purchase anything else after full mini-session fee is paid.
