I’m Erika Edwards. a lifestyle photographer specializing in high school seniors and couples. I work hard and believe in living a balanced, healthy hustle; one in which I can build a life and business only investing my time in things that give me warm fuzzies, while still devoting time to self-care and playing hard too. Life is short, so I try to enjoy every moment like it’s my last.
I am a Dallas, TX girl that loves the big city lights, big celebrations and big fun. I’m a mama to my high-energy furbaby Liberty and love my role as proud aunt. I live by the notion of doing things with passion or not at all. I have always been a creative at heart. From hosting events, to creating crafts and planning projects, to my love for photography.... you can never have too many passions right!

Growing up, I always had a camera in my hand and never went without collecting moments. My love for photography became adamant through capturing my travels. Though I love to be in front of the camera, these days I would rather capture you. My primary love languages are words of encouragement and quality time, so think of me as your hypegirl and newfound supportive, lifelong friend. I’m truly grateful you are here.

Seniors and all things love are naturally my jam! I believe natural and candid moments are most beautiful, but images of glamour and the sentimental details also make my heart swoon. Whatever the moment, I will capture colorful, relaxed images along with minimal formal posing to bring about your natural expressions.
Your images should be engaging, visually tell your story, be worthy of displaying as art in your home and even inspire others to celebrate and treasure every moment. I want each client to look at their images and be able to remember the exact emotions of that very moment.

While God’s still perfecting my love story, I cherish my sweet furbaby Liberty and the time with family and close friends.
Between my fab tribe of sisters and the middle schoolers I teach and coach daily, I get plenty.
This little light of mine and the many gifts he’s bestowed, I’m gonna always let it shine. My fave verse is Proverbs 3:5-6 ... “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him and he will make your paths straight.”
